Daniel Trope
Co-Founder & General Partner
Daniel Trope is a venture capital investor and serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, defense and security, hi-tech and venture capital. He has founded and successfully exited multiple startups, and later served for several years as a Principal in a venture capital fund, giving him a working view of both sides of the table. His strengths are structured due diligence, deal-making, portfolio management and fundraising, and he supports founders on strategy, business development and commercial introductions. Daniel holds a B.Com in Business Management and a doctorate in chiropractic.
Dan Saltzman
Co-Founder & General Partner
Dan brings close to two decades of operating, investment and transaction experience. Before moving to Israel, he built, acquired and managed businesses in South Africa across distribution, healthcare and consumer products. He led Bemax International, including during its period within JSE-listed Dis-Chem Pharmacies, and acquired National Pharmacy Agency, building it into a national organisation of more than 300 people before exiting in 2024. At Source Investments he focuses on sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring and portfolio strategy.
